We are looking for a Rental Agent to strengthen our team in Praia da Rocha, with a main focus on vehicle handovers, returns and customer support.
This is a dynamic role with daily contact with international customers, where organization, attitude and professionalism make the difference — especially during more demanding periods.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle handovers and returns
- Customer service
- Explanation of rental conditions
- Vehicle condition checks
- Ensure a fast and professional experience
🔹 What we are looking for
- High school diploma (12th grade)
- Fluent English (French is a plus)
- Driving licence held for more than 2 years
- Good communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Team spirit

🔹 Conditions
- Working hours: 8:30 – 18:00
- Schedule: 5 working days + 2 fixed days off (not on weekends)
- Location: Praia da Rocha
- Occasional trips to Faro (approx. once per week)
